t just 7.5 millimetres in height, the new Optimum Curved models rank among the flattest three-hand automatic watches of our time. With a case diameter of 40 millimetres, these elegant new timepieces sit gracefully on the wrist. The Optimum is water-resistant to 5 ATM and includes two sapphire crystals. These sleek dress watches also boast a date display, ingeniously located on the left side of the dial.

The Optimum Curved comes in three dial versions: ocean blue, slate grey and emerald green.

The base calibre is the 2892A2 Top, produced by Swiss movement supplier ETA in a special réduit version with a shorter hand height. The exquisitely finished calibre can be admired through a sapphire crystal case back.

With the Optimum collection, Jean Marcel simultaneously sets a new benchmark for quality and precision by concentrating on the accuracy of the movements. The internal specifications of this precision standard surpass the demands of the COSC, the official chronometer testing institute. Only watches with an average daily accuracy ranging from 0 to +4 seconds receive the Ultimate Precision seal. Additionally, the amplitude must reach at least 270°, and the beat error must not exceed 0.7 ms.

Every buyer is presented with a hand-signed document to accompany their watch, detailing not only the average daily rate but also the recorded values for amplitude and beat error.
