Titoni Seascoper 600 Retro: vintage appeal

The latest model in Titoni’s Seascoper 600 series is a COSC-certified chronometer fitted with the company’s own T10 manufacture movement. This version comes with a navy-blue dial and some unique retro design elements such as old radium Swiss Super-LumiNova, copper-gold hands and dive time in the same colour on the rotating ceramic bezel.

S

wiss Super-LumiNova in “Old Radium” has an orange hue in daylight, giving the watch vintage appeal. In darkness, the afterglow is an intense yellow-green. To match the unusual overall colour scheme, the watch hands and the dive time on the rotating ceramic bezel are kept in copper-gold. This combination immediately catches the attention, evoking strong and positive feelings.

What is striking about the Seascoper 600 Retro is the brilliant combination of ruggedness and sporty design. Its winding crown is fitted with a special gasket system to ensure the watch remains absolutely waterproof to a depth of 600 metres. The tough casing also guarantees that the high-quality T10 manufacture movement is protected, not only from water, but also against pressure, shocks and dust. The ceramic navy-blue bezel can be rotated anti-clockwise and is characterised by its bold dive time scale. The outer edge of the bezel is serrated to make it easy to grasp when setting and adjusting the dive time. The triangular zero mark features a luminous dot so that dive time can be read with ease, even in dark and murky water.

Another striking design feature of the Seascoper 600 Retro is the transparent case back. Shaped like a porthole and screwed into place, it offers a fascinating view of the T10 manufacture movement. The folding clasp, designed specifically for this model, is another eye-catching element of this new timepiece.
