ONLY WATCH 05

August 2005

34 exceptional wristwatches, unique or the number one of limited series, to be sold at historical charity auction in Monaco.

Antiquorum

Joining both novelty and tradition, Antiquorum is pleased to present ONLY WATCH 05, an auction, under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, presenting the most prestigious and rare timepieces to be found today. This auction, whose proceeds will fund medical research to help children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, has attracted the attention of the CEO's of all the major horological companies. Their intention is two-fold: to offer exclusive timepieces to an extremely sophisticated clientele, and to donate 100% of the proceeds to a worthy cause.

According to Osvaldo Patrizzi, chairman and CEO of Antiquroum “while studying the 34 descriptions and illustrations of the watches to be offered, I was struck by the diversity of the pieces; each manufacturer has interpreted the mission in its own fashion, producing a watch that is characteristic of that firm's image, style and flair. I was also moved by the humanitarian spirit displayed by the brands as they whole-heartedly and enthusiastically took part in this worthy cause. The result is an astounding and magnificent selection of 34 horological masterpieces, the finest in watch making today”. Thanks to generous sponsors, such as ING Private Banking, the 34 watches may be viewed around the world in Porto Cervo, Geneva, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York and Monte Carlo prior to the sale.
