Stainless steel or 18 carat white gold case set with 345 Top Wesselton diamonds. Mother-of-pearl dial set with diamond-set circle enclosing the minute hand. The dial rotates on its axis once every 12 hours to depict the current time. The watch is equipped with a Swiss made ETA 2892 automatic mechanical movement.
