The story of the Austin Healey car begins with the founder Donald Healey himself. While the first car was announced in 1946, Donald Healey already was developing cars as early as 1932. Most entrepreneurs start building their own cars when they are young, but when the first Austin Healey was revealed, Donald Healey was 47 years old. The first Austin Healey was revealed at the Earls Court Motor Show.
Everybody was stunned by this magnificent open roadster car that has become such a sought after classic. The unique classic design holds per today a magic for so many.

Over 50 years after the first Austin Healey was introduced, enthusiasts and collectors from around the world met in St. Moritz in August. Passionate participants attended from Europe, USA, Australia and even Japan for the European Healey Meeting, a five day
rally that takes place every four years.

Frederique Constant introduced two Limited Edition watches to commemorate the
enthusiasm and passion for Healey per today. In gold, the Limited Edition is 99 pieces and in steel, it is 888 pieces. The watches are build around the solid automatic Valjoux chronograph caliber. Watches are delivered in a high-quality wooden box with a dark
green metal Austin Healey model.
