This year’s Europa Star Basel party, sponsored for the first time by the 2006 Signature Salons Show in Las Vegas, was a great success. Manufacturers, retailers and distributors from around the world mingled and ate Australian food in an Aussie ambience at the Safran Zunft. The party, organized by Europa Star’s Managing Director, Philippe Maillard with Signature Salon’s, Nancy Robey, VP VNU Expositions Jewelry Group, offers BaselWorlders and Europa Star’s international partners (watch and jewellery companies, advertisers and subscribers) a chance to relax in an informal and very friendly atmosphere.
People came and went, but by the end of the evening around 500 people had popped in to say hello, down a glass or two of wine, wish everybody and their brother success and drift contentedly off into the night.
