JA New York site gets facelift

JA New York has re-launched its Web site to offer a new look, functionality and features.

The site, Ja-newyork.com, has also restructured its user interface to enable visitors to more easily find information on both the JA New York shows and the National Jeweler Network (NJN).

Visitors to the revamped site will find a one-stop source for industry information, ranging from up-to-date show logistics and industry news to information about future and affiliated events and products produced by the NJN.

“The re-launch of the Web site allows us to better serve the jewelry industry,” JA New York Group Show Director Drew Lawsky said in a media release. "We are excited to be able to bring all the necessary resources to one place and to offer the most current information more effectively.

To benefit retailers and the media, the site features a comprehensive press room with media contact information, press events and the Designer Portfolio—an interactive gallery showcasing products from the best of the jewelry design community.

“We have 48,000 unique visitors coming to the JA New York Web site every month to find the information they need to know about JA New York shows,” NJN Group Vice President Bailey Beeken said in the release. “Now, they'll find so much more. For our digital advertisers, the information is a channel to a large and highly engaged digital community of jewelry professionals. This re-launch has just 'kicked' the National Jeweler Network digital offerings 'up a notch' for both attendees and exhibitors. We're thrilled at the response from the industry.”

The launch of the new JA New York site comes at perfect timing. The JA New York Summer Show is just around the corner, to be held from July 27-30 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
On July 29, an online retailing forum with be held entitled « Are you getting your slice of the growing $5 Billion online jewelry market? » The National Jeweler Network Online Retailing Forum is an invitation-only event for independent jewelry retail executives. The academically-based forum is geared to foster thought leadership and forward-thinking ideas to help retailers solve current and future business challenges. The event is positioned to address the strategies, processes, and technologies/services surrounding key online transactions for jewelry retailers including distribution, marketing and merchandising.
