The company Sejac has been purchased completely by Gainerie 91.
Gainerie 91 established in 1967 specializes in Luxury Packaging & Display for the global watch and jewelry industry.
This new acquisition will permit Gainerie 91 to reinforce the group in their knowledge and expertise: the manufacture of the large wood veneer boxes, of the highest luxury.
Sejac based in Poligny, France in the Jura, developed a very high level of competence in the creation of woodwork and cabinetry for the Swiss Watch Industry and in sector of wine and spirits.
Synergy with Sejac is very important, while benefiting from the Gainerie 91 Sales Force and its presence in many international exhibitions. Sejac brings it’s high-level knowledge in woodworking craftsmanship, with the integration of Artisanal Expertise and the merging of high technology. This includes: Robots for Automated Painting, Sanding and Polishing. Together, high level products can be created with a degree of economy.
The vision of integrating Sejac with the Gainerie 91 Group, includes the development of large scale wood box production in our Cover-Tech Division. Gainerie 91 will use the acquisition of Sejac to expand and develop a full Wood Cabinet Division. Cover-Tech is located in Mauritius, in the Indian Ocean.
