After taking third place in the 2011 international timing competition in the tourbillon category, Technotime presents new personalisation for the big date and dual time module on its TT651 movement, which was first launched in 2003.
The new module continues to highlight the big date function, which is displayed at 12 o’clock using two discs. The dual-time function at 6 o’clock is displayed by hands with a separate day/night disc.
The disc, on the same axis as the dual-time hands, offers a 10mm diameter surface that brands can apply transfers to according to their design requirements. It may also be revealed entirely or left partially visible.
Various display options can also be used, for example using the disc on its own or in combination with only the hour hand or both the hour and minute hands of the dual-time display.
A further alternative is to use to superimposed discs and no hands, in which case the colour on the disc would appear through cut-out numBut that’s not all, since there is also the possibility of superimposing two discs, with no hand. In such instances, the colour appears through the cut-out numerals of the upper disc (4).
