The Freelancer Urban Black is the first Freelancer model to feature a case in black PVD and gives a glimpse into the future of the collection. Its name reminds us that Raymond Weil is one of the few major watchmaking companies that remains independent.
The Freelancer collection has never ceased to evolve over the years and is characterized by its beveled lugs and the application of its screws. The same applies to the chronograph, which features a 42mm case in black PVD for the first time this year, coupled with a black galvanic opaline dial.

A sapphire crystal case back reveals the RW5000 self-winding chronograph movement, which has a power reserve of 46 hours and a black oscillating weight to match the colour of the case. A supple semi-matte black calfskin strap contrasts with the extreme hardness of the case.
