Breitling has launched a new limited edition of the Chronomat 41, the smaller version of the Chronomat 01 (which later became the Chronomat 44)—the first watch to use the brand’s B01 in-house movement—that was launched at BaselWorld 2009.

The Chronomat 41 is a limited edition of 2000 pieces with a fully-polished 41mm stainless-steel case, bracelet and rotating bezel. A transparent sapphire crystal offers a rare look at the Breitling Calibre 01 chronograph movement that beats at the heart of the watch and offers a 70-hour power reserve.

Furthermore, a red central chronograph seconds hand and red counter hands distinguish this limited edition, set against a black dial that underscores the sporty nature of this timepiece, which is water resistant to 200 metres.

Like all Breitling timepieces, the Chronomat 41 is a COSC-certified chronometer. Click here to see where Breitling stands among the top ten chronometer producers.
