Moog Paris presents “Arc de Triomphe” limited edition watches, inspired by the Paris monument that marks the beginning the Champs Elysées, the most beautiful avenue in the world.
The French emperor Napoleon led the construction of the Arc in 1815. The monument is encircled by 100 studs, symbolizing the Hundred Days, the period in French history between Napoleon’s return from war and the end of his reign. The Moog Arc de Triomphe edition is limited to 100 pieces, representing those same 100 days.
Each limited edition watch has the Arc de Triomphe sculpted on its mother-of-pearl dial and is ornamented with 11 diamonds. It comes complete with straps marked with the names of the twelve avenues that begin at the Arc. The watches are made in France, with France Ebauches vintage movements, and each piece has its serial number engraved in the back.
