Patrik Steiger (41) is Swiss, holds a Master of Law of the University of Fribourg and is currently in the middle of a Global Executive MBA program at the University of St. Gallen. He started his professional career in 1999 at KPMG Consulting AG working on international assignments in retail and automation.

In 2003 he joined the Swarovski Corporation AG in Männedorf as Global Project Leader. In this role he introduced a worldwide reporting system for all sales organizations and central locations.

In 2007 in his next role as Head of Global Process Management he successfully implemented several major retail projects on an international level. In his last position as Director Operations Development & Retail Processes he was leading the teams of Retail Process Management, Sales & Operations Planning and Retail Innovations and significantly contributed to the improvement of retail excellence and customer experience.

Swarovski in Switzerland belongs to the BAGS region (Benelux, Austria, Greece and Switzerland) lead by Nik Nathwani, Vice President Sales & Operations for the consumer goods business.
