The Spa Francorchamps and Le Mans 24 Hours races... The Belgian Watchmaker decided to draw its inspiration from these endurance events to present the 24 Hours Chronograph, and takes up the challenge to follow the Race one time around the clock.
- The 24 Hours Chronograph by Raidillon
A Valjoux 7750 with a modified module embarks upon this adventure by going around the dial in 24 hours rather than the usual 12: red numbers and square indexes, representing the odd numbers, mark the passing of time on the dial with 28 800 vibrations per hour, a frequency of 4hz and a 40-hour power reserve.
The quilted black dial recalls the quilted yokes of racing drivers’ overalls, and the seats of the racing cars from the past. The black perforated wrist strap with red stitching in eco leather, handmade in Belgium, provides the finishing touch to the motor sports spirit that this model embodies.
In a limited edition of 55 timepieces, the 24 Hours Chronograph, a member of Raidillon’s Racing Family, is stamped with the Swiss-Made label.
