3,784% of Bulgari sold

A subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services, Zurich Scudder Investments, has acquired 3,784% of the Italian jeweler Bulgari, according to Milan stockmarket's Consob. The transaction took place on the 20th of December.
Bulgari produces luxury watches in Neuchâtel and employs 320 people. In the year 2000, the company acquired luxury watch brands GÉrald Genta and Daniel Roth.
