The dimensions of the case, with its diameter of 44 mm, serve a highly specific and practical purpose, in that they make it very easy to read the different times off the dial. The Timemaster Chronograph Date will stop to the nearest quarter of a second and can add together fractions of a second up to an overall length of time of 12 hours.
