In keeping with its rich history, clockmaker L’Epée continues to demonstrate its immense savoir-faire with exceptional mechanical movements. Its latest invention, La Tour, is a clock in a completely new vein, with a power reserve of eight days. The clean, minimalist lines of its vertical structure become a canvas for beautiful “Côtes de Genève” motifs on the skeleton plates in palladium or satin-finished gold. Each clock is inscribed with an individual number which is recorded along with full details of the clock. This mechanical sculpture is driven by the 1853 calibre with 18 jewels. As always, the cabinet is a lesson in sobriety, its transparency serving to highlight the beauty of the movement as it catches the light.
