Using a brush and black ink in the tradition of suibokuga painting, Dominique Arpa-Cirpka has drawn a
dragon’s head on the dial, then immersed it in a jade green decor to create the most subtle nuances.
Virtuoso engraver Kees Engelbarts has then sculpted the metal with extraordinary precision. After infinite
incisions, a dragon emerges around the top of the bezel, while traditional Oriental designs appear
underneath.
