At BASEL 93, Harwood Watch Co. (a Swiss-registered company) is launching a new generation of selfwinding wristwatches derived from the famed “Harwood” design shown at the 1926 Fair, the first selfwinding wristwatch in volume production. Their main feature is their special time-setting system involving the well-known fluted rotating bezel. A transparent case back reveals the glittering beauty of an entirely hand-decorated movement. Made in 18K gold, steel and gold, all steel or sterling (925/000) silver. Each timepiece is individually numbered. (HARWOOD)
