A jewelled “rivière” : this blazing rivulet of close-set diamonds feature 102 baguette-cut stones weighing over 20 carats and ¿i.O emerald-cut gems (19.94 ct). Its gold dial carries two more carats’ worth of baguette-cut diamonds. Each baguette was cut specially for this breathtaking creation, set with no less than 42 carats of diamonds.
