Delma “Zircon”

After astronautics, Swiss watchmaking has turned to a new material developed by powder metallurgists. Called zirconium oxide (ZrO’), it is used to fashion deep black watchcases as shiny as diamonds. Its hardness and flexibility (not incompatible properties here) protect it against shocks and scratches. Delma has just introduced a zirconium oxide watch with stylish rounded flanks and centre attachments. (DELMA “Zircon”)
