One of the most successful new items at the 1974 European Watch, Clock and Jewellery Fair: the flashlight-watch. A battery in the case powers a tiny bulb that not only lights the dial but is strong enough to illuminate a keyhole or an address book page. The watch has a digital type of time display (i.e. with numbers) and is in the “economical” range. (SICURA “Volta III”)
