This solid-state electronic model with liquid crystal digital display contains a module of entirely new design. Six functions plus screen lighting, a choice of 4 different readout possibilities including one that automatically alternates the hour/minute and the month/date readouts. Very simple adjustment system allowing independent correction of the various functions. 4-year preprogrammed calendar. The module is unusually thin (for elegant styling) and the uniform lighting on the screen requires very little power (6 pA). 32,768 Hertz quartz oscillator. The batteries last 2 years or more.
