Blancpain 2100

A world first from Blancpain, embodied in a watch combining respect for tradition and for contemporary values. Its all-new calibre 2 100 has been so designed in honour of the 21st century while 100 refers to a set of three values : loo hours of power reserve, 100 metres of water-resistance and 100 days of factory testing. Mounted on an extra-thin movement, a pair of series-coupled barrels, each of which can store 50 hours of mechanical energy to drive the watch, allows greater mainspring development with no loss of reliability. Showing hours, minutes, seconds and date, the basic steel model pictured here is sold with a steel bracelet but is also available with an alligator strap fitted with a deployment buckle.
