A limited series of only 999 of this chronograph design with flyback hand has been turned out. Found in Maurice Lacroix’s “Masterpiece Collection”, it features a selfwinding movement on a Valjoux 7750 calibre. This added-on mechanism developed by the brand’s own expert watchmakers and the extra pushpiece in 18K gold serve to determine lap times easily. The chronograph hands are mounted directly on the centre axis together with the hour and minute hands. The design’s solid silver dial plate enhanced with a delicately stamped pattern features four subdials: totalizers for the hours and the minutes plus a date indicator and permanent seconds. All hands and pointers are blued metal. Water-resistant down to 30m, the stainless steel case features a transparent sapphire back through which to observe the band decorated movement. The 18K yellow gold bezel features a traditional granular decorative pattern while the crown is tipped with an onyx cabochon.
