Notably thinner and smaller in diameter than its other models, Breitling’s «Chrono Colt» possesses an exceptionally compact case water-resistant to 100 m thanks to a crown and stem fitted with twin gaskets and a screwed-in back. Derived from the original Colt design, it offers exceptional sturdiness, compact dimensions and instant legibility. Fitted with Breitling’s calibre 53 quartz electronic movement, a «Chrono Colt» will measure time to 1/10th of a second and record it on its 60-minute and 12-hour totalizers. A split-second function actioned by the lower pushpiece can record and show split times. Its fast-action hour and date adjustment system facilitates timezone changes without altering the movement’s to-the-second precision. Its new, patented rotating bezel features fastening screws. Breitling’s new design is available in polished steel with meticulously satin-finished bezel framing a black, a blue or a silver dial.
