MICHEL PERRENOUD - Le temps lumière

Two gilt brass cylinders, forming a V to support a designer clock with an acajou bezel, soar from a half-moon base of precious wood decorated with brass inlays. The halogen lamp in each cylinder is regulated by a modulator. The clock features a radio-controlled movement, and both the time as well as summer and winter time are set automatically from the nearest chronometric observatory.
