This model, to be launched worldwide at BASEL 98, offers a revolutionary way of reading the time. With no glass or hands, the time is indicated in two square zones, the upper one for the hours and the lower for the minutes. In each, a set of 4 cylinders emerges from the watch case in a coded sequence to indicate the time, either visually or by touch. This invention, with its patented electromechanical movement, was awarded a gold medal and the special jury prize at the International Inventions Fair in Geneva. Made with over 400 components, it is available in steel, 750 (18K) yellow or pink gold, or bimetallic versions on a leather strap with a personalized buckle.
