New to watchmaking and to coin collecting Master craftsman Armin Strom, of Burgdorf (Canton of Bern), has created this 18K gold watch fitted with a Piguet seifwinding movement. Entirely decorated by hand, it features a gold coin minted in the year 1450. A new time-display system using two sapphire crystals does away with the need to pierce the coin, thus preserving its numismatic value. Limited-edition model, each watch individually numbered.
