European Watch Clock and Jewellery Fair 1977 B 328
The most sophisticated alarm watch in the world. Instead of a “mere” integrated circuit, it has a microprocessor with a capacity of 8,000 transistors. Its 6-digit Brown Boven LCD display offers a choice of permanent readouts : hours-minutes-seconds or hours-minutes-date. On command : full alphanumeric calendar programmed to the year 2100. The wearer can himself correct the watch’s rate by 1/10th second increments simply by pushing one of the pushpieces The alarm can be programmed on a 24-hour basis. If this programming remains as it is, the alarm will come on every day at the same time, 7 a.m. for instance. And for businessmen, the alarm can be set to ring very briefly (1/2 sec.) five seconds before the (very audible) main double-tone alarm goes off. (MONDAINE Digi-Alarm)
