A solar-powered analogue quartz watch. This new development presented at this year’s Basle Fair includes a quartz movement with traditional readout (hands and dial) and solar cells powering an accumulator, giving the watch 5 to 6 times the power reserve of an ordinary quartz watch. The cells are positioned on the side of the case for maximum efficiency. Particularly well designed integrated bracelet and case stressing the model’s slim and elegant profile. (SICURA - “Turbo”)
