A model reflecting the style and spirit of the 18th century : it features a “spicy” or erotic scene starring, so to speak, automata. On the dial, period figures move to the tune of a music-box mechanism while the movement brings to life an erotic scene, under the coverlid at the back, ’which - understandably - we have not pictured here.
