The “Belle Epoque” watch is currently very much in style. Ulysse Nardin presents two models in 18 ct. gold. Hers is of generous proportions with a rectangular case; the gilded dial is graced by Roman numerals. His is round with a silvered dial and Roman numerals. Set in the winding-crown is a cabochon sapphire. The trend is definitely to larger ladies’ watches while men’s watches tend to get smaller. (ULYSSE NARDIN)
