Swiss Watch Fair 1967 BF 78
One of the most notable aspects of the 1967 Watch Fair was the great number of high-frequency self-winding watches (presented by eleven manufacturers) on display. Raising the number of vibrations per hour to 36,000, i.e. nearly double that of standard watches, results in an extraordinary rate stability. This Favre-Leuba model, an officially certified chronometer, has an 18-carat gold case and a calendar. (FAVRE-LEUBA)
