Latest addition to the Certina-DS line - a non magnetic watch. It is not influenced in the slightest by the permanent proximity of a field of 500 Gauss (or Oersted) and can even withstand the momentary influence of a magnetic field up to 800 Gauss. All DS series watches are fitted with special anti-shock protection a plastic ring which acts as a shock absorber and gives additional strength. (CERTINA)
