Here’s a “Koranic” prayer watch. Featuring a quartz movement with alarm system, it has been specially designed to signal Islamic prayer times (five per day) to the Muslim wearer. The dial shows five groups of six stars each in various sizes. The hand that controls the alarm must point to one of those stars. To recognize this star, the wearer refers to the star appearing on the bezel opposite the zodiacal sign of the moment. (NOW SA - F.M. DuRoy)
