Montres et Bijoux 1968 MB 60
The only firm still producing “rolling clocks” has created this model especially for the Far Eastern circuit of “Montres et Bijoux”. The movement of the clock along the incline provides the driving power. A counterweight, connected to the movement by a gear system, prevents the clock from sliding down the incline and maintains its equilibrium. Five times per second, the equilibrium suffers interruption during which the clock moves a few (17) hundred-thousandths of a millimetre. The dial remains in the same position throughout. A hand shows the date and the day of the week is indicated on the base. (GUBELIN)
