Fashioned in 18K yellow gold and set with 386 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing 3.60 carats and 52 square rubies (12.26 et), this original Omega jewellery set took over 450 man-hours of work. The diamonds and rubies were mounted separately then assembled. (OMEGA)
