A Vacheron Constantin timepiece in the grand tradition of watchmaking. It features a seiwinding movement with a perpetual calendar and the phases of the moon. The movement also includes a tiny gear for displaying February 29th on leap years - it therefore takes four years to make a complete revolution. Case and bracelet in 18K yellow gold.
