This entirely new all-electronic quartz clock contains no moving parts Time display is carried out by 168 tiny light bulbs each .03 in in diameter and 08 in. long and indicating hours , minutes and seconds The bulbs form part of three ring counters circuited on the dialplate0 Ring counter for the seconds receives second pulses from a 17-stage dual divider which itself is fed by a high precision quartz crystal plate oscillating on 131 e072 cps. The clock runs on rechargeable batteries and can be regulated to an accuracy of 1/100th of a second per day. (BULOVA)
