Chopard - Mille Miglia

This black, steel Mille Miglia 1998 chronograph really “holds the road” with a rubber strap inspired by the Dunlop Racing tire. Water-resistant to 50 m, this watch has an automatic movement which is visible through the transparent case back. The dial, with its phosphorescent Arabic numerals, features a tachometer and three counters. The small seconds counter bears the race’s logo and, for the numbered series, the inscription 1988-1998 in honour of Chopard’s ten years of sponsorship. Each competitor in this celebrated Italian race will receive one of these models with his departure number engraved on the back. There are two other numbered series: 100 in 750 (18K) gold and 1000 in steel.
