or the 25th anniversary of his brand in 2017, the entrepreneur and designer Alexander Shorokhoff created a very unusual model, which was adapted to the direction of the brand - “Art on the Wrist”- and expressed his innovative thinking, as well as his artistic sense to the fullest.
Alexander Shorokhoff not only showed new traits in watch design, but also complemented his collection with a new movement - Jumping Hour by Dubois Depraz.
The second edition of the model “Crossing” expresses the creativity and philosophy of the manufacture and is extended with more dials. The new models get a new look: even cooler, even sportier and more attractive.
Unusual color combinations are the main motifs of the new edition. The new dials have been designed with even more detail in mind. The smaller seconds ring and also the minute ring are better accentuated by the clear markings and are easier to read. One of the new dials is available in beautiful midnight blue mother-of-pearl. The hands are also color-matched to the respective dial.
The division of the two functional sectors - the minute ring placement at the top and the seconds display placement at the bottom - remains. The “jumping” hour with a Dubois Depraz automatic movement in the large window at 12 o’clock also remains. The distinctive numerals 20 and 40 remain, giving the watch its unmistakable “Alexander-Shorokhoff” style. The matching crocodile straps complement the new sophisticated combinations of the “Crossing 2” model.
The rotor of the movement is hand-engraved and in this case gold-plated; the view of the impressive movement through the sapphire crystal caseback is worth it. The case is made of stainless steel, the bezel and the back are highly polished, the middle part - finely brushed. The front glass is anti-reflective.
